CGC Warranty

TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER:

To the original owner, Caldwell Golf Co. (CGC) warrants all MalibuWoody® golf clubs to be free of defects in manufacture for LIFE... provided that the club was used under normal conditions, and was not misused, abused or modified.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE NULL & VOID IF ANY REPAIRS TO THE SHAFT OR HEAD ARE PERFORMED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN A TRAINED AND QUALIFIED CGC REPAIRMAN

Any custom shaft installed by CGC, at the request of the consumer, will be covered under the original shaft manufacturers warranty only. CGC will install a replacement custom shaft, obtained by the consumer and shipped, along with the damaged club, to CGC. There will be a nominal charge for this service.

Any club under warranty and in need of repair, will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of CGC. Customers are responsible for shipping clubs in need of repairs or replacement to CGC. To return a repaired club back to the customer, CGC charges $15.00 for S&H (shipping & handling), via FedEx, to anywhere in the Continental USA.

PLEASE NOTE: TO RETURN ANY CLUB, YOU MUST OBTAIN AN RA# (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) FROM CGC. ANY CLUB WITHOUT AN RA# PLAINLY MARKED AND READABLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING BOX OR CONTAINER WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.

LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES:

• THIS WARRANTY IS GOOD ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.

• Warranty claims presented without the original sales slip will be handled at CGC's sole discretion.

• Hitting anything other than a golf ball - on the face of the club - can and will be considered abuse, and will VOID THE WARRANTY.

• It is at the sole discretion of CGC to determine whether damage was caused by misuse, abuse and/or modifications.

• THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE NULL & VOID IF ANY REPAIRS TO THE SHAFT OR HEAD ARE PERFORMED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN A TRAINED AND QUALIFIED CGC REPAIRMAN.

• THE CONSUMER IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF CALDWELL GOLF CLUBS.

CONSUMER RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES ON WARRANTIES:

• Any club purchased directly from CGC, or a CGC Rep, will have been automatically listed on the CGC customer data base and therefore the original owner will be covered.

• Some states do not allow the exclusion or limit of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

• Although you may have other rights that vary from state to state, there are no other warranties that extend beyond the face hereof.

• No person, agent, distributor, dealer -including a CGC REPRESENTATIVE- is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.
