SHIPPING COSTS AND POLICIES
For swift delivery, products are shipped to you via FedEx from the Caldwell Golf facility in Carlsbad, Ca.
Orders for "In Stock" items received (Monday-Friday) by Noon Pacific Time, will be shipped same day. Orders received after Noon Pacific Time, may be shipped the following work day. "Custom" clubs may require an extra 7-14 work days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email.

Please Note:
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or P.O. Zip Codes. Coupons, rewards, and other special promotions cannot be applied to delivery charges. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.
Address Verification:
We verify the name and address on your order against the bank's records. We will not process the order unless all billing and shipping information can be verified. If you share a card with a family member, please be sure your name is on the account.
Alternative Shipping Addresses Warning:
All shipments going to an address other than the billing address of the person making this purchase may be delayed up to 5 days. Your credit card provider (ccp) will need to validate the alternate shipping address as being an address which you have previously registered with said ccp.
We ask that all customers shipping to an address other than the billing address notify their ccp of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming standard and ccp's are happy to assist you. Simply call your ccp and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate shipping address. (Doing this will speed up the order process) When our early fraud prevention department checks an order and the shipping address is not listed with your ccp, the order will be delayed. An e-mail will then be sent to notify you of the delay and request you register the alternate shipping address with your ccp. Your order will then be placed on hold so you may register the alternate shipping address and notify us.
