please eMail Caldwell Golf Customer Service with the information as requested below.
Please include Your:
Name, Address, Day-time Telephone, eMail, and if possible the invoice number.
Also, please cite the reason for the return.
You will receive either a phone call or email issuing you an RA Number
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Return Authorization Number must be boldly written on the outside of the box you are using to make the return.
Ship the club to the address listed below.
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
Clubs arriving without an RA Number or which arrive COD will NOT be accepted.
